The Hands That Build With Me: Meet the FJ Team

I’ve been really blessed to work with some wonderful employers in my journey — from architecture firms in Melbourne and Singapore to jewellers in both Melbourne and Sydney. Every step has been a fortunate growth — often a blessing in disguise, more than I could’ve ever imagined. You can only join the dots when you look back.

And so, I’ve come to deeply value what it means to invest in the team that holds up a business, a brand, a dream — whatever it is you’re trying to build. Because someone once invested in me. Gave me their time, their energy, and helped me grow. I hope I’ve done the same for others along the way.

It’s a very fortunate place to be — to be able to grow with people. And I’m so grateful for the team that continues to grow with me.

Growing is hard. I often say, it’s going to get hard before it gets easy. But then when it gets easy — it’s not always fun anymore. So maybe the question is, how do we get comfortable with hard?

We find the kind of hard that excites us. That challenges us just enough to feel alive. That feels achievable — and when it is, it fills our cup. And each time we conquer that “hard,” the next one doesn’t feel so impossible. It’s just another little brick to add to the home we’re building. Another small mountain to step over. Not an obstacle — just a new height we now know how to climb, together.
