THE BESPOKE PROCESS
We invite you to partake in a bespoke journey, transforming your personal stories into jewellery that resonates with depth and meaning. Discover the key steps in the process, from design consultation to delivery of your one-of-a-kind creation.
1 THE BEGINNING
Begin your jewellery story with an initial consultation over the phone, via email or e-chat. Share your hopes and dreams with our Creative Director, Faith Hilda who will discuss with you what you would like made and any other relevant information such as when you require the piece, preferences for gemstones, materials and budget. If you are not exactly sure what you would like, Faith will assist with ideas. At this time, we shall arrange an in-person consultation at our Studio Boutique or, in our changing world, via virtual conferencing.
2 THE CONSULTATION
At your consultation, we will try on different styles of jewellery to find one that suits you. It is a uniquely intuitive process that ebbs and flows. As you embark on a design journey like no other, Faith builds your bespoke jewel with you. She will live sketch your ideas and you will see it take shape before your eyes. Utilising her strong knowledge of gemstones, materials and techniques, Faith will work to your budget and guide you through the characteristics of each element to allow you to make a more informed decision. By the end of the consultation, Faith will have an initial design concept for you to consider.
3 THE DESIGN
Following our consultation, Faith will begin to refine the proposed design. This could involve a series of more detailed sketches to finalise and fine tune the details. Depending on the complexity of the design, and the curation of the ideal gemstones and materials, this part can vary in timescale which Faith will advise you on. Once you confirm your final design, gemstones, materials and price, we require a 50% deposit to start our creation process as we move onto the next step… turning your jewel story into a reality.
4 THE CREATION
At Faith Jewels, we work with our very own finest team of master craftsmen, using a combination of traditional and modern techniques, along with the latest jewellery making technology to achieve absolute perfection. With an eye for detail and a commitment to quality assurance, Faith personally supervises each unique step throughout the jewellery making process from start to finish to match the refined aesthetics of Faith Jewels.
5 THE DELIVERY
Your beautiful Faith Jewels bespoke creation, together with a custom framed hand drawn design sketch specially created for every client by Faith, will be ready for collection or delivery. Simply untie the bow, unbox and revel in the moment of your jewel story coming to life.
